The Sovereign Leader.
Who do you become when you stop negotiating?

Not a recovery program. Not a support group. A leadership transformation, in eight weeks.
Enrollment now open.
New Cohort Begins (Coming Soon)
ALCOHOL IS NOT THE PROBLEMThe reframe
that changes everything.
01
Alcohol is the symptom.
Behind every executive managing their relationship with alcohol is an identity that has been quietly outpacing its coping mechanisms. We do not treat the symptom. We rebuild the architecture.
02
Willpower was never the answer.
You have tried willpower. It works until it does not. Transformation does not happen through restriction. It happens through becoming someone for whom the drink simply no longer fits.
03
Sobriety is not the destination.
Sobriety is the byproduct. The destination is full cognitive clarity, complete emotional presence, and a self-concept coherent enough that there is no gap left to medicate.
04
Eight weeks is enough to shift everything.
This is a concentrated container built for executives who want real movement now, at a pace that matches the urgency you already feel.
THE PROGRAMEight weeks.
Three phases.
One transformation, condensed and concentrated.
The Sovereign Leader 8-Week Cohort is not a course you consume. It is a structured container you live inside, week by week, in the company of executives doing the same work at the same level.

Small Group Sessions

What this actually produces.
Executives in this program have closed 7-figure deals, added $1M+ to their bottom lines, and rebuilt marriages they thought were past saving - all while getting sober for the first time.
Not because sobriety made business easier. Because clarity, presence, and self-trust make everything downstream of them different.
Matt P. signs 7-figure deals and spends his weekends fully present with his kids
Jason T. closed 6 figures in business in year one and showed up for every milestone his kids hit
Michelle K. retired to Montana as a multi-millionaire
Anna T. graduated at the top of her MBA class and is 6.5 years sober
Taylor S. is over a year sober, debt-free, and living inside boundaries she chose
Billy Z. is running a successful financial firm and signing new clients every week
Eddie N. runs 50+ stores and coaches basketball and baseball on weekends
Rachel H. is closing a warehouse and sitting across from multi-million dollar investors
The leaders who do this work do not choose between performance and presence. They get both. Because they finally stopped negotiating with the thing that was costing them both.
What clients say.
Hundreds of leaders have done this work. These are a few of their stories.
"This is not what I expected. I expected another program telling me not to drink. What I got was the first thing that actually made me understand why I was drinking - and who I was without it."
- Stephen R., former pro tennis coach, now pursuing law - 6 years sober
"I'm choosing sobriety now not because I 'should,' but because I'm learning to trust myself, set boundaries, and choose me."
- Anna T., graduated top of her MBA class - 6.5 years sober
"This work met me exactly where I was - not in a linear or perfect recovery, but in the messy middle where real change happens."
- Stephen R.
"Breaking doesn't mean failing. It means I was finally ready to let go."
- Taylor S., over a year sober and debt-free
"It's like we can actually just BE with each other. Like we are teenagers again. And my girls want to spend time with me. How cool is that?"
- Matt P
A note on faith.
Faith is woven into the framework as a foundation - not a requirement.
What that looks like in your life is entirely yours to define. Members come from every faith background and from none. What they share is not a theology. It is the commitment to becoming sovereign.
-
What Faith Means Here
A foundation deeper than willpower. An anchor that holds when discipline runs out. Something larger than performance to build a life around.
-
What Faith Does Not Mean Here
Attending services. Subscribing to a theology. Using religious language you don't believe in. Performing spirituality as part of the program.
-
Who Is Welcome
Every executive who is ready to do the work. Every faith background. Every starting point. The only requirement is the commitment to becoming.

per year, billed annually

BY THE END OF THE SOVEREIGN LEADER
You lead every meeting and every decision at full cognitive capacity. No fog. No drag. No deficit.
The gap between who you are publicly and who you are privately closes. Permanently.
You stop negotiating with alcohol without white-knuckling, counting days, or managing your life around not drinking.
You trust yourself completely — in the boardroom, at home, and in the private hours nobody else sees.
You hold pressure, loneliness, and complexity without needing a substance to discharge it.
You show up fully present in the relationships that matter most. Not physically there. Actually there.
You lead from identity rather than performance — and everything downstream of that changes.

QUESTIONSWhat executives
ask before joining.
-
Absolute confidentiality is non-negotiable here, it is the foundation on which this community is built. Everything is virtual. There are no in-person meetings, no shared records, no exposure risk. What is said inside the Sovereign Leader cohort stays there permanently. Most members find that months in, they want to share their transformation, but that is always, entirely, their choice.
-
The executives who say "I'm not sure I'm bad enough" are almost always the ones who need it most, because they are skilled enough to keep performing while things erode underneath. You don't need to hit a bottom. You need to recognize a ceiling. The Sovereign Leader is for high-functioning executives who can see what is being forfeited and are ready to stop forfeiting it. No crisis required.
-
Previous attempts aren't failures, they're data. They prove that willpower-based removal doesn't work long-term for people who think at your level. The Sovereign Leader builds before it removes. We construct the identity, the emotional capacity, and the faith foundation first. Then removal isn't a fight, it's a natural consequence of who you've become. The architecture is what was missing. That's what we build here.
-
Faith is woven into the framework as a foundation, not a requirement or performance. Members come from every background and from none. What they share is not a theology. It is the commitment to becoming sovereign. Whatever faith means in your life, or does not yet mean, you are welcome here exactly as you are.
-
The Sovereign Leader is designed for executives who lead full lives. Weekly curriculum content is delivered in digestible formats, typically 30–45 minutes of engagement per week, plus whatever time you choose to invest in community discussion, accountability partnerships, and small group sessions. This is a commitment, not an imposition. The executives who get the most from it treat it the same way they treat every other performance investment, with intention and consistency.
-
There is a minimum 3-month commitment because transformation requires time, and the cohort experience requires consistency from every member. After 3 months, if this isn't the right fit, you can cancel without penalty. We believe in the work enough to offer that, and in our experience, the executives who stay past 3 months almost universally complete the year.
-
One-on-one coaching with Sober Exec is a completely personalized, high-intensity engagement built specifically for you and your timeline. The Sovereign Leader is the group cohort, structured, curriculum-driven, and powered by the specific energy of executives doing this work together. Many clients do both: the group for community and curriculum, one-on-one for the deep personal work. Reach out directly to explore one-on-one coaching.
The sovereign version
of you is already there.
One decision away. Made completely. Made now.
Who do you become when you stop negotiating?
The turning point was always you.
