SOBER EXEC, INC. | REST FRAMEWORK(™)Stop negotiating with alcohol and start reclaiming deals, protecting your marriage, and leading with authority
The REST Framework(™): Receive Everything Simply Trusting
A free, live, 2-day experience for executives who are exhausted from negotiating with themselves every night instead of actually resting.
You don't take time to rest.
You negotiate instead.
It’s just one drink to take the edge off…or a promise to cut back tomorrow…or the story about why tonight is the exception.
It feels like relaxing.
But it’s a negotiation, one you run every single night and it's costing you more than you realize.
It shows up as…
Deals you're too foggy to close at your best
A marriage absorbing the tension you won't put down
Kids who get the tired, distracted version of you instead of the one they actually need
You've never failed at anything you gave real effort to, except this.
That gap is the thing nobody around you is talking about.
The 1% missing piece
You don't need more discipline.
You need to trust yourself enough to actually rest instead of negotiate.
Every skill that built your career works against you here.
You solve problems by pushing harder.
You close gaps through sheer will.
That works in the boardroom, because the variables hold still long enough for effort to matter.
This problem doesn't hold still.
It changes the exact judgment you're using to control it, in real time, mid-decision.
The tool that's worked for twenty years quietly stops working, and most executives never figure out why.
They just conclude they're failing at something simple.
What’s really happening is they're applying a boardroom skill to a problem that doesn't respond to logic.
Let’s solve that recurring problem together in 2 days.
REST FRAMEWORK(™)What you'll learn during 2 days
Day 1: The negotiation you're losing every night
You'll learn to name the exact self-negotiation loop you run: the deal at 6pm, the break at 9pm, the story at 7am, and why the skills that built your career work against you here instead of helping.
You'll walk out with The Pause tool(™) to interrupt the loop that same night before it starts.
Day 2: Leading without the escape hatch
You'll learn what an escape hatch actually is; whatever lets you exit a hard moment instead of staying in it.
That could be a drink, an extra hour at the office, a joke that deflects.
You’ll also learn why leaving the room, literally or emotionally, is quietly costing you the trust and authority you're trying to build.
Using what happened when you tested day 1's tool as live material, you'll get a framework for staying present in the moments that used to trigger the exit.
What changes when you actually rest?
You stop running on the fumes of last night's negotiation.
You close deals with the judgment you're known for, not the version operating on four hours of real sleep and a story you told yourself at 7am.
You come home and actually put the tension down instead of bringing it through the door with you.
You're present with your kids, not just physically in the room.
You lead from a stable place instead of spending half your energy managing yourself through the day.
WHO IS THIS FOR?REST is built for executives and high performers who:
Have never failed at anything they gave real effort to, except negotiating with alcohol
Have tried willpower, accountability apps, and "just cutting back," and none stuck
Would never describe themselves the way old recovery language describes people and don't need to
Are tired of confusing a nightly negotiation with actual rest
REST is built for leaders who want their edge back by learning to surrender instead of negotiate.
What clients say:
"She is an absolute expert in sales and business management, which engendered trust from me before we even started. Of the many coaches and therapists I've worked with over the years, she is the only one who told me, 'It's okay to cry.' Now I understand that having emotions is what makes me strong."
— Matt P."I cannot express how much I appreciate you working with me. Thank you for showing me that 30 years of habitual drinking is not an insurmountable challenge. Thank you for showing me how to feel again. Thank you for helping me actually like myself for the first time."
— Jason T.
About Brittany Young
Brittany Young spent years building a career on control. She could read a room, close a deal and hold a line under pressure that would break most people. She also spent years losing the same negotiation every night that she now teaches executives to break.
She got sober on September 18, 2013, after hitting a bottom that nearly killed her. What followed wasn't a slow fade into recovery culture. It was a complete rebuild of her identity, her authority and her understanding of why the skills that made her exceptional in sales made this particular problem harder to solve, not easier.
Before founding Sober Exec, Brittany worked in corporate sales and generated over $40 million in revenue while quietly losing the nightly negotiation. She knows what it costs to perform at that level while managing something nobody in the boardroom can see. She also knows what it feels like on the other side.
Brittany coaches executive to executive, because she's been in the room, understands what's actually at stake in your leadership and teaches real frameworks instead of slogans.
Brittany lives in Austin, Texas with her husband of seven years (sober 20 years) and their two kids.
FAQs
Is this really free?
1
Yes. Both days are free and live. No catch.
What if I can't make it live?
2
Register anyway. You'll get access to the replay, frameworks and the workbook. That said, the live Q&A is where most of the real breakthroughs happen, so if you can be there, be there.
Is this a 12-step program?
3
No. REST isn't built around identifying as an addict or labels. It's built for leaders who want their edge back by learning to actually rest instead of negotiate.
Do I have to identify as an alcoholic to be here?
4
No. If the nightly negotiation is costing you deals, your marriage, or your presence with your kids, this is for you. You don't need a label to benefit from two hours of honest teaching.
What happens after REST?
5
For anyone who wants to go further, The Sovereign Leader(™) is the 8 week cohort that takes this work the rest of the way. You'll hear about it at the end of Day 2 after you've had two full days to decide whether this is real for you.
Already registered? Tell one person. The room is better when the right people are in it.
How long are the sessions?
6
Each day runs approximately one hour. Day 1 is roughly 35 minutes of teaching plus live Q&A. Day 2 is a client case story, one full piece of the Rebuild emotional authority framework, and live Q&A.
